I would like to say syabas to Pn Shikin and thank her for her kind assistance to me this morning. She was very polite and patient in handling my queries and qualms. She explained the procedures for Secondary School placement for Secondary 1 based on the recent UPSR results. She even took the time to check in the system if my son had been registered in the system, that took initiative and she did not have to. But the extra mile she went just really proved that there are dedicated personnel in the goverment agencies and especially in PPDJB. So Syabas to the Management of PPDJB for their excellent customer services and especially to Pn Shikin of the Secondary School (Bahagian Sekolah Menengah) section for her excellent customer service attitude and etiquette. Once again I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Pn Shikin and to PPDJB (Jln Tun Razak).
